This is a short one. The bell pepper salsa is seasoned with chipotle, lime juice and cilantro. This is paired with mushrooms which come with lots of garlic and Texan steakhouse seasoning.
- 5 bell peppers
- 3 diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp ground chipotles
- juice and zest of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 10 mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp Texan steakhouse seasoning
Dice and fry the bell peppers at medium high heat. Allow them to blacken a little. Let cool and then mix well with the chipotles, lime and cilantro.
Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry over medium heat until done. Add the garlic in slices and the Texan steakhouse seasoning. Remove from heat right when the garlic starts to turn brown.
